Delete your account

Account deletion is done inside the Nunu Orbit app.

This page does not delete your account. Visiting or submitting anything here will not remove your data. Follow the in-app steps below (or contact support if you cannot sign in).

Delete from the app

Open the Nunu Orbit app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Open your account / edit profile section.
Choose Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated baby profile data from our systems, subject to any short retention needed for backups or legal compliance (see the Privacy Policy).

If you are locked out

If you cannot sign in (lost access to email, forgotten password that you cannot reset, etc.), email support@nunuorbit.app (TODO: confirm) from an address we can match to your account when possible, and include:

The email address registered with Nunu Orbit
A clear request to delete the account
Any details that help us verify ownership

We will process verified deletion requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
